Program Description:

For the 3rd year in a row, MFA and WHF will join together to highlight women in leadership roles in the fields of housing, finance and policy, as well as to network and share career advice. This year’s panel discussion will explore a variety of topics including the experience of the women on the panel in getting to their leadership positions, their views about the progress that has been made to give women equal access and compensation for equal work as their male counterparts, and what more can and should be done in these areas and in the general advancement of women to senior leadership roles.
