James Stevens provides corporate and regulatory advice in Atlanta. He has substantial experience in the representation of public and private companies, including banks, nonbanks, marketplace lenders, and other fintech and financial services providers in connection with formation, licensing, program agreements, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions, joint ventures, and regulatory reporting and compliance. He is a past chairman of the Georgia Bankers Association Bank Counsel Section Board of Directors. James graduated from Georgia Tech and earned his JD at University of Georgia.

Melissa Puccinelli returns to speak to WHF after previously discussing money transmitters. At CSBS, she has analyzed federal and state bank policy for the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System.  She also has researched different state specific reporting requirements and presented research findings to various stakeholders on a variety of topics, including money transmitters.  Melissa graduated from Randolph-Macon.
