Grant Program

About the WHF Foundation Grant Program

In August of 2000, the Foundation made its first grants to six local non-profit organizations. The grants helped these local organizations serve women and their families in the areas of housing and finance. They all had exemplary track records at serving their target groups, which included homeless families and low-income women. Since its inception in 1997, the WHF Foundation has contributed over $550,000 to local organizations through more than 125 grants.

If you made a contribution to the WHF Foundation here are the organizations that your contribution helped make possible.

The WHF Foundation is pleased to announce its most recent partnership grants and donations to support our local non-profit partners who are doing amazing work in support of our mission. These partners are offering support services and oppotunities to help advance the financial empowerment of low-income and disadvantaged women and families. Thanks to all of the WHF members and volunteers who have been a part of making these grants possible. Click here for the press release.
