Brown Bag Committee: Arranges speakers and locations for brown bag lunches, which can only be attended by WHF members. Speakers consist of policy makers in the financial services, housing, and housing finance areas from independent government agencies, and the private sector. 

Membership Committee: Actively recruits new members through personal outreach and special events; reviews and approves applications from prospective members. Works with the WHF board and leadership team to ensure members receive value from membership in WHF. The committee helps to orient new members; provides tools that enable leaders to design programs and services to meet members' needs; and serves as a resource to members as they seek to grow professionally within the organization.

Public Policy Luncheons Committee: Arranges speakers and locations for public policy luncheons which are the focal point for WHF's activities, and feature as speakers key policy makers in the financial services, housing, and housing finance areas from Congress, the administration, independent government agencies, and the private sector. 

Breakfast Committee: Arranges speakers and locations for breakfast events. Speakers consist of key policy makers in the financial services, housing, and housing finance areas from Congress, the administration, independent government agencies, and the private sector. Breakfast events provide a convenient addition to WHF's activities for those who cannot make it to lunches.

Communications Committee: Performs the important task of disseminating information about WHF's activities to the general public. This committee ensures media coverage of WHF events, drafts press releases, and maintains contacts with a number of newspapers and other media organizations. Orchestrates the development of website design and content.  Approves all job descriptions submitted to WHF before they can be posted.

Special Events Committee: Provides programs to enhance the professional development of WHF members. These include brown bag lunches on work-related topics as well as the institution of a program for the development of leadership skills in WHF members.

Writers: Write a wrap-up article for a Monthly Luncheon or large event. Get a byline in WHF News. 

Photographer: Take photos at Monthly Luncheons and large events. Photos may be used in WHF News or on whfdc.org.
