- Accounting for the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
- Disclosure about certain loss contingencies (discuss FASB's re-deliberations of the project-disclosure objective, stages of a contingency's life cycle, thresholds, qualitative and quantitative disclosures)
- Disclosures about an employers participation in a multiemployer plan
- Any other topics that FASB is working on that you think may be of particular interest for this group of regulators, financial services personnel, etc.
- The FASB exposure draft released May 26th that would narrow exceptions to instruments that must be marked-to-market and increase recognition and disclosure requirements in financial statements.
